Hight quality product and seller. Great community of support on FB as well. The unit is about as plug and play as possible. I installed on my A1 using M3x12 self tapping screws to mount the unit, was notified that the firmware only supported AMS Lite, switched to the compatible firmware when asked, then chose AMS Pro. Bambu Handy will say that the AMS firmware does not match the printer but ignore it and print as usual. Highly satisfied with the product and experience, highly recommended.

Everything arrived fine, I bought the assembled version. It already came with the latest firmware. I couldn't get the firmware upgrade program to recognize the device on the Mac, but since it already came with the latest firmware, it's okay. It's working normally with the A1, on firmware 1.08.01, but sometimes it gives an error message and cancels the print, but restarting the program and/or the printer has resolved it. I found it better than the original AMS, as you can create a drybox system for the cartridges.

Very good. It worked perfectly, I just switched to the AMS Pro on the printer. After that, I didn't need to do anything else except to reset the firmware to 7.0.
